Let's face it. A lot of people don't enjoy working out. Whether it's ignorance of where to begin at the gym or just plain old laziness, we all need to do it if we want to sustain a healthy and happy lifestyle.
Exercise wasn't always at the top of my list, but I soon learned that the more cardio & weights I added to my life, the stronger my positive mindset, confidence and health was. When you look good, you feel good too!
